Since the capacitor for eliminating the unwanted radiation emitted from the CPT is not suited for use in a high voltage range, it cannot eliminate the unwanted radiation sufficiently. Accordingly, the capacitor should be molded of an electrical insulating material, requiring a great amount of capacitance. This causes the increase of the size and manufacturing cost of the capacitor. In addition, in order to eliminate the radiation emitted from the CPT, the surface resistance of the CPT has to be reduced to, for example, 10 to 5th power gamma, thereby increasing the cost of the CPT. Accordingly, in order to solve the above problems, the present invention provides a device which by connecting a wire with a front and back portions of CPT, the unwanted radiation emitted forward and/or rearward from the CPT which is caused by the deflecting voltage waveform induced in a deflecting coil can be eliminated to reduce a number of the components and its manufacturing cost.
