The present invention is a normally opened security closure valve, which is completely disposed inside a pressure-product container, said container requiring a security pressure relief valve. Said normally opened security closure valve is placed between the security pressure relief valve and the product in the container, and can be closed by a not very skilled person without special tools in the event of an uncontrollable leakage, to then spontaneously open it again if the product pressure in the container raises at a dangerous high level. This is of particular importance for containing gases or dangerous liquids under pressure in a transporting container, without diminishing the main aspects of the security pressure relief valve.
