PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve processing accuracy in the case of performing honing work while using a coolant controlled in a specified temperature difference relating to a room temperature. SOLUTION: When a start is opened in a device where a temperature of a honing work equipment, respectively having a workpiece, honing head and a master ring, and a temperature of a coolant are made almost to an equal temperature relating to a room temperature, the temperature controlled coolant is supplied to the honing work equipment. In the point of time Ts a temperature of the coolant controlled to a specified temperature difference relating to an ambient temperature is conformed to a temperature of a honing work equipment changed according to supply of the coolant, grinding work relating to an internal surface of a machining hole of the workpiece by the honing head is started. |
