Photoetching process for belt-type consecutive metal sheet provides adequate painting method and device for precise spread. Painting device supplies metallic materials in order through fat-removal processing part(2), acid processing part(3) and neutralizing processing part(4) to the paint tank(5) where they are deposited then processed being spread by dimming liquid at both sides of them between painting bars(11a,11b) installed dimming liquid interface capable for providing heat-source and then dried through drying process part(9), and as the paint surface becomes thicker in proportion to the viscosity of the dimming liquid, painting bar temperature control device which(10a,10b) connected to the painting bars controls their temperature and thereafter liquid viscosity, results in precise thickness control of the painted surface.
