The invention relates to a railroad sleeper gripping arrangement (10) that has a frame part (11) on which clamping jaws (12, 12a) are pivotally mounted for movement towards and away from each other, said clamping jaws being adapted for co-action with mutually opposite side parts (3a, 3b) of a railroad sleeper. The gripping arrangement also includes means (20, 20') for securing the frame part (11) to a chassis (30). The means (20, 20', 40) are constructed so that said frame part (11) will be pivotal (v) to some extent relative to the chassis (30) and to enable the clamping jaws (12, 12a) to be adapted to said surface parts (3a, 3b). |
