The sealed microwave frequency window comprises a lamina (20) with a base of dielectric material. On one of the main faces (25) this has a collar (21) which is attached to this face, contributing to the seal. On the side of the collar there is a wave guide (22), transmitting microwave frequency waves to pass in front of the lamina (20). The collar (21) is attached to the end of the main surface of the device. The waveguide is terminated at a short distance from the lamina in such a way as to mask the sealing zone against the microwave frequency propagation which the guide carries. |
