Stacking equipment for rings with radial slots

The equipment is for round or non-round rings (12). These are accommodated in a row on a supporting rail or bar (10) inserted in their slots and which has guide faces (20) bearing against the inside surfaces of the rings. The opposite surfaces of the rail or bar are concave or U-shaped and open to the outside, so as to enclose the ring ends which form the radial slots. The surfaces can include an obtuse angle, and at one rail end there can be a stop plate shutting off the ends of the grooves formed by the guide faces. A detachable locking device can be provided at one or both rail ends, typically consisting of a clip engaging in holes in the rail.
