Snap fastener closures

The snap fastener closure comprises a convex part to be inserted in a socket part (20). The socket part consists of a slide (30) movable in the longitudinal direction in a housing (23) and forked inside the housing into two branches. Both branches consist of sections (31,32) with different profiles in relation to the closure head (12) of the convex part. One section (31) locks and the other section (32) releases the closure head. In order to easily couple both parts, the locking section is arranged at the free ends of both slides branches, so that they are elastically spread apart. When the closure head (12) of the convex part is inserted between both slides branches, it is elastically and automatically coupled between it. The section (31) acts then as a coupling section. One slide branch has a bent extension (36) that acts as a spring on the slide (30) and keeps its coupling section (31) aligned with a hole through which the closure is inserted into the housing.
