The case has a support sleeve (1), whose front end is open and whose back end (11) is closed by a stopper (2). An applicator (3) is held in the end of an adjuster (31). The front end is closed by a removable double stopper (4) comprising an outer stopper (41) and an inner stopper (42), with a coil spring (43) between them. The adjuster has annular grooves on its outer periphery which communicate with an axial hole. A porous core is put into the hole, with its end projecting into a reservoir (13) between the end of the adjuster and the stopper.
