This invention is a mixture of paint, which can be used in microbiological and haematological research, for medical diagnostics. This mixture of haematological paint consists of methylene blue, azure 1 and eosin ratio 1: (0.03-0.05):1 and their solvent, consisting of the mixture of N, N- dimethylformamide and distilled water, ratio 1:9. The paint production method is also presented in the invention. The advantages of this paint production method are the following: concentrated paint does not form precipitates; remains stable for a long time; shortens the duration of the coloration process; micro-organisms and neutrophil granules and nucleuses are painted in different colours; precipitates do not form in the painted swabs. |
