Thermoplastic polyamide (PA) moulding materials (I) contain (A) 59.5-94.5 wt.% thermoplastic PA, (B) 5-40 wt.% graft rubber comprising 95-20 wt.% of a monomer mixture containing 5-85 wt.% 1-4C alkyl (meth)acrylate(s) and/or (meth)acrylonitrile and 95-15 wt.% styrene and/or substituted styrene(s), polymerised in presence of 5-80 wt.% rubber with a Tg of below 0 deg C, and (C) 0.5-30 wt.% functionalised olefin polymer. Component (C) is a graft copolymer with a content of 0.1-15 wt.% grafted carboxyl monomer, obtained by radical-initiated solid-phase graft copolymerisation at 40-100 deg C of a mixture of (c1) 30-100 wt.% alpha , beta -unsaturated mono- and/or di-carboxylic acid(s) or anhydride(s) (carboxyl monomer) and (c2) 0-70 wt.% comonomer(s) with no carboxyl or anhydride groups, i.e. vinylaromatics and/or 1-8C alkyl (meth)acrylates and/or 1-4C vinyl esters onto (c3) a homo- and/or (block) co-polymer consisting completely or mainly of olefin units.
