PURPOSE:To enhance handling and safety by making it possible to sound at a desired sounding time and place without moving a sounding device over to a desired location at a desired sounding time to be produced. CONSTITUTION:After a sounding buoy dropped from an aircraft or the like to a desired sea and lets the buoy float at the sea, control radio waves are transmitted at the sounding buoy device from a remote location when a desired sounding time comes. A radio receiver 4 loaded on the upper part of the sounding buoy device receives the transmitted control signal, the signal is conveyed to a signal decoder 5. The signal decoder 5 decodes this control signal. When mounted sounding devices 7a and 7b conform to each of inherent signal values, and what is more, they are determined as cancellation commands, the signal decoder 5 cancels a cancellation means (which comprises cancellation boards 11a and 11b, cancellation cases 11a and 11b, and presser rods 12a and 12b. Due to this construction, the sounding devices 7a and 7b are adapted to leave and sink into the sea. When they sink to a predetermined depth, the sounding devices are exploded, thereby sounding. |
