PURPOSE: To provide a magnesia spraying material occurring no dust and no smell on spraying. CONSTITUTION: This magnesia spraying material contains 85-98.3wt.% of a magnesia feedstock, 0.5-3wt.% of 0.5-3wt.% of tackifier, 1 10wt.% of a binder and 0.2-2.0wt.% of an organic fiber. This mixture is combined with 0.3-3.0wt.%, based on the total of the mixture, of natural oil and fat. This magnesia spraying material is useful for coating the tundish lining material. |
