PURPOSE:To constitute the title system in such a manner that the traveling direction of continuously traveling webs can be switched in two directions and the easy resetting of an integral production of the webs to an independent operation and the independent operation to the integral production is possible by disposing a joining drum, cutter roller and 1st and 2nd joining rollers to the system. CONSTITUTION:This system can be joined and switched as desired to the first continuous traveling direction where the web 12 passes continuously from a stage A to a stage B along the joining drum and to the 2nd continuous traveling direction where the incoming web 12 is taken up in a take-up part 26. The fresh web 12 can be sent to the stage B by a unwinding part 28 when the system is switched to the 2nd continuous traveling. The web 12 under taking up by the take-up part 26 is cut in the joining part 24 of a joining unit 22 and the web 12 delivered from the unwinding part 28 is cut and is joined to the web 12 before and after the same so that the webs can be continuously run in the case of shifting the independent operation to the integral production. The easy shifting from the integral production to the independent stage or from the independent operation to the integral operation is thereby enabled. |
