PURPOSE:To produce a molding free from warpage from a liquid resin by integrating a rigid object not deformed even under the heating condition at the time of molding with a liquid resin in such a state that the rigid object is arranged in a retaining mold. CONSTITUTION:A thermosetting shrinkable material 2 being a liquid resin is cast in the retaining mold 4 of a mold 3 from a casting device 1. At this time, a prepared rigid object 5 hard to thermally deform is preliminarily put in the retaining mold 4 and the material 2 is cast in the mold to be heated and cured. By this constitution, a cast object 6 has the rigid object 5 hard to thermally deform. The non-uniform shrinkage of the thermosetting shrinkable material in the retaining mold is corrected by the rigid object. Therefore, the molding taken out of the retaining mold has no warpage. |
