PURPOSE:To obtain a resin product constituted by integrally molding flanges at one ends of split members and bonding both split members by a secondary resin in such a state that the bonding parts and flange neck parts divided in the longitudinal direction of the intermediate parts of the split members are abutted and fitted each other and bonding a pair of the split members to constitute a bent tubular member without dividing the flange parts. CONSTITUTION:Upper and lower longitudinal split members 10,20 are divided up and down at the intermediate parts thereof excepting both end flanges thereof and both end flanges 31,32 are integrally molded at both ends of the lower split member 20. The intermediate bonding parts 11,21 of both split members 10,20 are processed so that the upper split member 10 is longitudinally notched on the inside thereof and a first notch is formed to the lower split member longitudinally on the outside thereof. Therefore, the upper and lower split members 10,20 are molded by a primary resin in the first stage of two-stage molding to be abutted at the bonding parts 11,21 and bonded by injecting a secondary resin W2 in the recessed grooves 4,51,52 thereof to produce a bent tubular member having flanges at both ends thereof. |
