PURPOSE:To obtain the title waterproof and moisture-permeable sheet excellent in applicability by coating one surface of a nonwoven sheet consisting of polyolefin with a non-slip agent. CONSTITUTION:10-80% area of at least one surface of a netty woven polyolefin sheet consisting of e.g., polyethylene is coated with a non-slip agent (e.g., robbery material, resin) to obtain the objective sheet. This sheet has high waterproofness and moisture permeability, being excellent in non-slipperiness and applicability, thus being suitable as a roof base material. |
