An underwater curable coating composition of a non-solvent type which comprises a binder consisting essentially of an epoxy resin component and its curing agent, wherein the epoxy resin component is an epoxy resin mixture comprising a hydrophobic epoxy resin which is liquid at room temperature and a self-emulsifiable epoxy resin which is liquid at room temperature, and the curing agent is composed partly or solely of a ketimine compound.
