PURPOSE:To prevent malfunction by adjusting the duty of a switch drive clock signal so as to be bring the potential at a cross point in the vicinity of a threshold voltage of the component. CONSTITUTION:A signal potential terminal 1 is connected to a reference potential terminal 3 through the 1st switches 2N, 2P and the 2nd switches 4N, 4P, and the input/output of an inverter amplifier 6 are connected through the 3rd switches 7N, 7P. The 1st and 2nd switches 2, 4 are driven mutually in opposite phase and the 3rd switch 7 is driven in phase with the 2nd switch 4, and the duty of the drive signal is adjusted so that the potential at the crossover point in supervising the drive signals phi1, phi2 fed to the 1st and 2nd switches 2, 4 comes in the vicinity of the threshold voltage of the component constituting the 1st and 2nd switches 2, 4. Thus, the period when the switches are both turned off is much decreased and the possibility of malfunction due to the effect of external disturbance is precluded. |
