<p>A sheet material cutter which cuts a sheet material by the cooperation of a circular rotary cutting blade moving while rotating and a long sheet-shaped fixed cutting blade, and provides a sheet material cutter, having a simple construction. The device permits satisfactory cutting of a strip-shaped sheet material such as paper by simply causing the rotary cutting blade to incline by an angle necessary for cutting, both in forward and backward motions of the rotary cutting blade, by the cooperation of the circular rotary cutting blade moving while rotating, a roller for rotating this rotary cutting blade and a roller guide.</p> |
