PURPOSE:To provide an irreversible circuit for MIC free from cracks in a ferrite plate. CONSTITUTION:A junction ferrite substrate 10 constituting a junction micro strip line, a spacer 4, a magnet 5, and a chip resistance 6 constitute an isolator. The junction ferrite substrate 10 consists of a junction ferrite plate 1 and a strip conductor 2 and an earth conductor 3 which are constituted on the plate 1. The junction ferrite plate 1 is an aggregation of ferrite plates where many small ferrite plate pieces are joined with an adhesive. This junction ferrite plate is free from cracks because of stress absorption of the adhesive even if a stress occurs between the plate 1 and a metallic plate mounted on it. |
