PURPOSE:To provide a sound-proof wheel, which is inexpensive and has satisfactory sound-proof effect by providing patches on opposite sides of a disc portion of of a wheel, blocking narrow gaps between the patches and the rim and disc portion of the wheel by fluid prevention members bolted to the respective patches, pouring fused elastic material into the spaces thus produced and removing the fluid prevention membes after the solidification of the elastic material. |
