<p>A valve assembly for a combined plant for providing both heating and sanitary hot water, comprising a gas burner (1), a main gas/water heat exchanger (2), a water/water heat exchanger (17) connectable through a three-way valve (4) in the circuit of the heating water, at least a radiator (R), and a pump (P) for circulating the heating water. The assembly is made up by two sub-assemblies or valve units (I, II) both formed of a composite plastic material, with the second sub-assembly (II) incorporating said pump (P). <IMAGE></p> |
