<p>PURPOSE:To allow an installation device to run over the top part of a damper installed on a transmission line when the device is caused to travel backward by making the transmission line travel with the 1st sheave side as the front side in the condition the damper is put on fixedly to the transmission line, and after the damper is installed on the transmission line, by making it travel in the opposite direction. CONSTITUTION:An installation device is composed of an installation machine 100 to install a damper 210, the 1st sheave 5 provided to an end of this means, an oscillating frame 200 provided in freedom of oscillation upwards and downwards on the other end and the 2nd sheave 6 provided to an end and the other end of the oscillating frame 200. In the condition the damper 210 is put on fixedly in installation, a transmission line 201 is caused to travel with the 1st sheave 5 side as the front side and after the damper 210 is installed on the transmission line 201, it is caused to travel in the opposite direction. Since the front and rear of the installation device are respectively supported by sheaves 5 and 6, the hole of the damper 210 is in parallel to the transmission line 201. The device can thereby be caused to travel by running over the damper 210.</p> |
