<p>PURPOSE:To enable package property and its strength to be kept without the wetness of its surface by a method in which the water absorbing layer containing the water absorbable polymer of high molecular weight is provided under an excellent water absorbable unwoven fabric, and further on said lower side, the resin layer with barrier property is provided. CONSTITUTION:A package is obtained by laminating, in order, the unwoven fabric 1 which is water-permeable from the surface to the inside, the water absorbing layer 2 containing 50 parts or more of water absorbable polymer of high molecular weight and the resin layer 3 with harrier property. As the water-absorbable unwoven cloth, the water-permeable material to which synthetic resin filament, e.g. polyester resin, etc. is press bonded, is generally used. As the water absorbable polymer of high molecular weight constituting the water absorbing layer, starch-acrylic acid graft polymer, etc. is used, and the water-absorbing layers are distributed in the resin such as polyester so as to contain 50 parts or more of the water absorbable polymer of high molecular weight and is adjusted to obtain suitable viscosity, and further necessary parts are formed by coating. As the resin with barrier property, the material in which polyamide film 3 is used for the layer brought in contact with the water- absorbable layer and a polyethylene resin layer 4 is used for its inner layer, is suitable from the points of strength and mechanical property. 5 indicates an adhesion layer.</p> |
