<p>PURPOSE:To freely change character data to enter the inside of the frame of a table without paying attention to the size of the frame in a table preparation by reading the document information and the ruled line information to show the maximum value of the position of the ruled line calculated by a calculating means, executing the preparation of a table and displaying them. CONSTITUTION:By a document file preparing means 1, a document file 2 is prepared. The document file 2 is constituted of the ruled line information and the document information. In order to prepare the table and display this on a picture, first, the position of the ruled line is calculated beforehand by a calculating means 3 of a ruled line position, the actual position of the ruled line (longitudinal line) is determined by the maximum value of respective counting values and the result is stored into a ruled line position memory means 5. A displaying means 4 of table data reads this for one record from the document file 2, collates it with the ruled line position information of the ruled line position memory means 5, prepares the table and displays it.</p> |
