The remote control device includes a reducer motor which has a container (12) with a lower reducer motor assembly (14) and an upper electric motor (16). The unit is remotely operated to provide open and closed positions for the circuit breaker. A centrifugal gearing (18) mechanically connects to two units. It consists of a rotating section (26) engaging the upper and lower sections and a static sleeve section (52) into which it fits. The centrifugal gearing protrusion (36) slots into the sleeve section.
