PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce load applied onto a host computer by providing means monitoring as well as managing operation condition of a plurality of apparatuses based on the analyzed information after collecting and analyzing the information collected by each information collection means. SOLUTION: Operation condition of production device 26 is taken in a data take-in unit 24 of a data collection terminal 32 from a data collection terminal 30 installed in the device 26 from a measurement unit through a connection cable 25, and the information is transferred to a managing and monitoring device 21 via a data communication passage 22 from a control unit 23 of the terminal 30, and editing is made by the device 21, then the operation condition of the device 21 is monitored. The edition result of operation condition of the device 26 from the device 21 is transferred to a host computer 10 and according to the operation condition edited, the host computer 10 monitors, for example, the operation conditions of all production devices 26 in a production factory. |
