PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a weed proofing sheet effective for agriculture and civil fields by which the strength of crack is higher than a prescribed value, the growth of weed is prevented without generating any puddle and wearing resistance is improved by laminating a water permeable resin layer onto the surface of specified long fiber non-woven fabric. SOLUTION: The water permeable resin layer having fine porous structure, for which a hole diameter is 0.01-100 microns, is laminated on one side of long fiber non-woven fabric (its bulk density is preferably not less than 0.05g/cc) such as polyethylene terephthalate having three-dimensional crossing structure due to needle punch processing, and the strength of crack is higher than 0.2kg.
