PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a wire from being exposed from concrete which is a cause of corrosion of reinforcement, simplify a structure and reduce its weight by lowering the height of the twisting part or a wire loop. SOLUTION: A reinforcement binder is composed of a main body 1 and a loop formation part 3 which is provided in the tip part of this main body in such a state as being freely opened/closed and has a pair of bent members 2A, 2B with grooves. After the main body 1 sends a wire 4 to the groove parts of the bent members 2A, 2B which are set in such a closed state as surrounding the crossing part of the reinforcement 60, and the bent members 2A, 2B are opened/closed and the loop is formed by a wire supply part 5 for forming the loop of the wire 4 and a motor 21, a drive mechanism 6 which advances and retreats a cutter 36 for cutting the wire 4 fed to the groove part, twists the formed loop, and advances/retreats and rotates a pair of pin members 37 which binds the reinforcement 60 by the wire 4 and are arranged in parallel in some intervals, in order is provided. |
