PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make it possible to change the temperature distribution of a cooking vessel not by change of the heat source but by the structure of the cooling vessel itself properly. SOLUTION: An inside first layer 5 and an outside second layer 6 are formed with metals with different heat transfer rates, a required number of holes 8 in a required patter are bored in the first layer 6, and a part of the second layer 6 are tightly fit into those holes 8. A third layer 7 is laminated to generate a temperature difference between the first layer 5 on the periphery of the hole 9 and the metal of the second layer 6 in the hole 8 corresponding to requirement. |
