PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress and to control the amount of the expression of a protein to express by a cell, by using the base sequence information of a promoter participating in the expression of the protein regardless of the kind of the cell and carrying out a relatively simple operation. SOLUTION: A vector having a modified promoter sequence part containing a gene sequence (enzyme-bonded sequence) bondable to a messenger RNA (mRNA) synthase to be bonded to a promoter and not containing a structural gene group coding a protein aggregate is transduced to a protein expressing cell provided with the structural gene group and the promoter to control the transfer of the structural gene group to the messenger RNA (mRNA) to control the amount of the expression of the protein aggregate.
