PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently, easily, and surely perform formation works of a circumferential wall, when steel frame stairs of a staircase part in a building is constructed prior to the construction of the circumferential wall. SOLUTION: A framework in steel frame stairs 2 side or a framework for forming a circumferential wall 3 of a staircase part 5 is constituted of steel plates 4 and a cylindrical staircase unit 1 having its top/bottom opened, which is formed by boarding the framework steel plates 4 around the circumference of the steel frame stairs 2 into a box state, is so constituted that the steel frame stairs 2 extended to the height at least by a half-story is fitted thereto using the framework steel plates 4 as support members. A plurality of the staircase units 1 are piled so that the steel frame stairs 5 of the staircase part in the building is constructed prior to the construction of the circumferential wall 3. This constitution can efficiently and easily perform prior construction of the steel frame stair 2 and formation works of the circumferential wall 3 using the staircase units 1 and the framework steel plates 4. |
