PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To wash so as to eliminate the shortage of washing of fine parts of a tubular article, the resticking of dirt and the damage of the article. SOLUTION: Washing is performed by a washing tank 4 into which a tubular article 10 is inserted standing up straight, a vibrator 8 for vibrating the tubular article 10, a deaeration tank 1 for reducing the quantity of dissolved gas in water, a means 6 for applying ultrasonic waves to the water in which the quantity of the dissolved gas has been reduced, and nozzles 5 for spraying the water to which ultrasonic waves has been applied to the tubular article. Since washing is performed with the water in which the dissolved gas has been reduced and to which the ultrasonic waves have been applied, even fine parts of the tubular article are washed, and since the tubular article is made to stand up straight to let water flow from it, dirt is prevented from being restuck. By limiting the frequency of the ultrasonic waves, the damage of the tubular article is prevented. |
