<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To decrease the circuit scale of a delay circuit or the like and the processing time for data correction processing of an isolated point. SOLUTION: Quantization is conducted by a quantization circuit block 4 and variable length coding is conducted by a variable length coding circuit block 8, and the length of zero run required for variable length coding is measured and data of an isolated point are corrected. That is, when an isolated point is detected as the zero detection result and level detection result used for zero run length measurement for variable length coding, the quantization output data and the value of zero run length are corrected respectively based on them. Thus, the zero run length measurement result is corrected by the detection of the isolated point, and the data correction of the isolated point is conducted simultaneously with zero run length measurement, the the circuit scale and the processing time are reduced.</p> |
