摘要 <p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To drive at low supercharging pressure by computing working quantity of a variable valve timing system from first target engine torque, computing second engine torque in a control state of the system and computing required boost pressure from this second target engine torque. SOLUTION: First target engine torque is computed by a target torque computing means 70 in an ECU 10 and working quantity of a variable valve timing system 30 is computed by a variable valve timing system control means 71 at the time of driving control of a supercharged engine. Thereafter, second target engine torque is computed from engine speed and intake air quantity in a control state of the variable valve timing system 30 by a target torque computing means 73, required boost pressure is computed at a boost pressure control system control means 74 from this second target engine torque, and boost pressure of a boost pressure control system 40 is controlled. Consequently, it is so possible to operate at low boost pressure, that it is possible to improve a fuel consumption ratio.</p>
