PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable passage without temporarily stopping a car at the exit by providing an entrance car number reader, parking ticket issuing machine, exit car number reader, control part and vehicle block part. SOLUTION: A charge adjuster 14 performs a charge adjusting job such as the reading of a parking ticket 13, the display of parking charge, the reception of parking charge and the payment of change. A control part 15 inputs a vehicle number and entrance time read from the parking ticket 13 by the charge adjuster 14, calculates the parking charge from current time and instructs it to the charge adjuster 14. Further, when a vehicle number is reported from an exit car number reader 12, the time of this report is stored, the charge adjusting time of the same vehicle number as the reported vehicle number is investigated, it is confirmed the difference between the time of report and the time of charge adjustment is settled within a prescribed value and when the difference exceeds this value, a block number is transmitted to a gate 8. A user receives the parking ticket 13 at the entrance in the case of entrance, parks the car, finishes business matter later and adjusts the charge at a charge adjustment place 9 while using the parking ticket 13. When the user goes back to a parking position, gets on the car and moves toward the exit, the gate 8 is opened so that the car can go out of the parking lot without being temporarily stopped. |
