PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the number of part items and ensure a miniaturized and thinner device. SOLUTION: A card carrier passage 5 provided with a cover 2 and a base 3 laminated thereon is formed. For a contact 23, a base part 23a is held by means of the base 3, movement in an A-B direction is restricted, and a contact part 23d can be freely advanced and retracted in the card carrier passage 5 by elastic deformation. A moving piece 17 can move freely in the A-B direction in parallel to the card carrier passage 5, a protrusion 20 with which the tip end of an IC card 30 is engaged is protruded in the card carrier passage 5. For the moving piece 17, a protrusion part 21 to be engaged with the contact 23 by moving it in the A direction and allowing the contact part 23d to be advanced into the card carrier passage 5 is protruded. |
