<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent dusts from scattering due to coal ash by supplying coal ash or coal ash and cement from a suction pipe to a discharge pipe, at the same time, jet-spouting cement milk or water into the inner part of the discharge pipe from the closed side end part of the discharge pipe. SOLUTION: Cement milk manufactured by the use of a ground mixer 22 is fed through high pressure to a spouting nozzle 12 by means of a grout pump 14 to be jet-spouted through high pressure as a jet stream toward the axial direction in the discharge pipe 1 from the spouting nozzle 12. In addition, while introducing air therein by releasing a cock, coal ash is supplied in a dropped manner In the discharge pipe 11 from a screw feeder 16 via a suction pipe 15. By a high speed jet stream of the cement milk, the cement milk spouted and coal ash are readily mixed and stirred within the discharge pipe 11, thereby manufacturing coal ash improved material.</p> |
