PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a transmission for a self-propelled lawn mower capable of suppressing a casing from becoming large size and reducing a cost by suppressing the increase in the size of the casing in the transmission for the self-propelled lawn mower. SOLUTION: The transmission is provided with the casing 17, an input shaft 5 vertically inserted from the opening of one tip part of the casing 17, an output shaft horizontally extended through the casing 17, a small gear 20 fixed to the input axis 5, a large gear 21 fitted to the small gear 20, a supporting shaft supporting the large gear 21 by its one tip and extended substantially in parallel with the output shaft, first and second intermediate gears respectively mounted to the supporting shaft and the outputting shaft and fitted to each other for transmission. |
