PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a polyolefin resin composition which does not deteriorate in performances even when exposed to sunshine for a long term and has sufficient film strength by mixing a specified ethylene (co)polymer with a specified compound and a hindered amine compound. SOLUTION: This composition comprises 100 pts.wt. resin comprising 100-20wt.% ethylene homopolymer or ethylene/3-20 Cα-olefin copolymer satisfying the following four requirements: the density is 0.86-0.96g/cm<3> , the MFR is 0.01-100g/10min, the molecular weight distribution (Mw/Mn) is 1.5-5.0, and the compositional distribution parameter Cb is 2.00 or below and 0-80wt.% other olefin (co)polymers, 0.05-18 pts.wt. compound represented by formula II [wherein R<1> to R<4> , which are independent of each other, are divalent hydrocarbon groups or the like; X<1> to X<4> , which are independent of each other, are hydrogen atoms, acryloyloxy groups or methacryloyloxy groups] or polymer thereof and 0.05-2 pts.wt. hindered amine compound. |
