PRODUCTION OF CERAMIC MULTILAYER BOARD

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve flatness of the surface of a ceramic multilayer board. SOLUTION: Plural green sheets 21 are superposed and pressed and dummy green sheets 22 which are not sintered as a sintering temperature of substrates of the green sheets 21 are applied to both surfaces of the pressed body and these material are pressed. The pressed body is sintered at a sintering temperature of the substrate under pressure and a sheet-like restrained material 22 attached to the both surfaces of the sintered compact is removed. At this time, pressurizing force in pressing the green sheet 21 is set larger than pressurizing force used in the following process or the latter process (pressing, pressurizing and baking processes of the dummy green sheet 22) or the dummy green sheet 22 is formed so that changing ratio of thickness of the sheet 22 in pressing is smaller than that of the green sheet 21. Thereby, it is prevented that the substrate surface is deformed to protruded shape in a part of inner layer conductor pattern 23 to secure the flatness of the substrate surface.
