PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make it possible to arbitrarily set a plunger position to some extent after filling a medicinal liquid by press fitting the front end of the nozzle of a syringe to a flat surface, packing the liquid medicine into the syringe, sealing the open end of the upper part, inverting the syringe upside down to expel the gas in the syringe, then sealing the nozzle. SOLUTION: The open end 4 of an injection cylinder 2 is faced upward and the front end of the nozzle 3 is press fitted to a press fitting plate 9. The injection cylinder 2 is perpendicularly maintained and while the press fitting of the nozzle 3 is maintained, a contrast medium is packed into the injection cylinder 2 from its open end 4. In succession, a plunger 7 is inserted and pushed into the open end 4. The syringe is changed in holding in such a manner that the open end 4 and the plunger 7 can be simultaneously clamped. The injection cylinder 2 is then rotated 180 deg. and is turned over while the press fitting plate 9 is pressed to the nozzle 3. The press fitting plate 9 is removed from the nozzle 3 and the plunger 7 is slide. The position of the plunger 7 is fixed by placing one hand on the open end 4 and the plunger 7. A cap 8 is mounted at the front end of the nozzle to seal the injection cylinder. |
