PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To relatively accurately absorb and correct even when the circumfer ence becomes irregular absorber. SOLUTION: An energy analyzer 26 analyzes the energy of radioactive ray radiated from the nuclear species in a specimen 10 to be detected, and two data acquisition memories 28, 29 acquire counted data of detecting positions X, Y in terms of the two energy peaks. A correcting circuit 30 obtains the absorption correction coefficient of each detecting position by calculating the exponentiation of the factorδof the constant at the ratio R of the counted data as to the energy for the data of the positions, multiplies it by the data as to the one energy of the corresponding detecting position to absorb and correct the data.
