PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an air conditioner which embodies a comfortable indoor environment during cooling and heating time irrespective of the amount of air conditioning load and prevents the generation of dew condensation on a wall surface of a dwelling house or the like. SOLUTION: This air conditioner is provided with a compressor, an indoor heat exchanger, an outdoor heat exchanger, a changeover value for cooling and heating service and a control data housing means which decides the operation frequency of the aforesaid compressor into a plurality of allocation steps and houses a specified operation frequency for each step in structure. In this case, the aforesaid data housing means is provided with at least a first table (A) designed for a dwelling space whose air conditioning load is large and a second table (B) designed for a dwelling space whose air conditioning load is mall where a compressor operation control device selects either the first table (A) or the second table (B) described above, responding to the amount of the air conditioning load. |
