摘要 <p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce a load applied by an alternator and avoid the decline of the revolution of an engine by a method wherein engine torque which can not be fully compensated by the control of an intake air quantity and an ignition timing is calculated and the on/off-duty of a transformer for the control of a current applied to a rotor coil is calculated. SOLUTION: The change of an intake air quantity in a certain period is calculated by an intake air quantity change calculating means 12 and it is decided whether the intake air quantity is in a transient state or in a steady state by an intake air quantity transient state deciding means 13. Engine torque is estimated by an engine torque change calculating means 14 in accordance with the change of the intake air quantity and an exciting current applied to a rotor coil is set by an exciting current corresponding to a torque setting means 15. A rotor coil exciting current value which is set by the exciting current corresponding to a torque setting means 15 is selected by an exciting current selecting means 16 when both the conditions that an engine is in an idling operation and that the intake air quantity is in a transient state are realized and the rotor coil exciting current is supplied to an exciting current output means 4.</p>
