PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a computer system and a 'KARAOKE' (orchestration without lyrics) system capable of preferencially supplying information service (CM televising, 'KARAOKE' performance, game play, etc.,) in which individual user will be interested. SOLUTION: First of all, based on individual information (attribute data such as age, sex, job, hobby, etc.,) of a customer, an attribute code showing the total image of the relevant customer is generated, and a customer image table is formed. Then, based on the contents of the customer image table and service history information incorporated in the individual information, a schedule table deciding the televising order of the spot CM of the 'KARAOKE' system is formed, and a menu constitution table deciding menu constitution of an interactive CM is formed. Further, during service, the service history is recorded to be reflected to a next time service offer. |
