PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily mount respective solar cell modules arranged in the adjacent to each other on a mount and easily earth frame bodies of the respective solar cell modules. SOLUTION: Engaging groove parts 21c provided in outside faces of longer- side frame materials 21 of solar cell modules 10 arranged in the adjacent to each other respectively and the respective longer-side frame materials 21 are mounted on the upper face 37a of a mount 37. Inter-module covers 47 are arranged between each of the longer-side frame materials 21 and their respective side edge parts are fitted in the engaging groove parts 21c. The inter-module cover members 47 are mounted on the mount 37 by bolts 42. Conductive washers 43 are fitted around the bolts 42 and when the blots 42 are fitted to the mount 37, respective engaging groove parts 21b and the inter-module cover members 47 are set to be a conductive state.
