PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a delivering part having a regulation member in a corner part of a machine body frame together in a compact condition and an advance and retraction operation device having a simple and inexpensive configuration. SOLUTION: A delivering device is constituted by providing a delivering part B which regulates refraction in the advance and retreat directions by abutting or meshing regulation member 7 mutually to advance and retreat an operation part 1a while delivering a pair of belt bodies 1 having the regulation members 7 for preventing refraction by a drive wheel 40 which can rotate forward and reversely or the drive wheel 40 and a floating wheel 40a in such a manner that they can advance and retreat in a corner part C where a longitudinal frame 2a and a horizontal frame 2b of a machine body frame 2 cross in such a manner that a pair of belt bodies 1 are along the longitudinal frame 2a and the horizontal frame 2b in such a way that they can be delivered.
