发明名称 LUBRICATING MECHANISM FOR BENDINGLY EGAGED GEAR DEVICE
摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To propose a lubricating mechanism capable of performing the lubrication of each lubrication part suitably in a bendingly engaged gear device. SOLUTION: The bendingly engaged type gear device 1 is equipped with an elastic seal 7 partitioning a lubrication part. The elastic seal 7 is installed between the inner periphery surface 23 of a device housing 2 and the outer periphery surface of the annular extension edge part 45 of the opening end side of a cup-shaped flexible external-toothed gear. The elastic seal 7 partitions into the lubrication part of an external tooth 44 and an internal tooth 31 sides and the lubrication part of the wave bearing 52 side of a wave motion generator 5. The lubricant with high oil film strength and high viscosity is used in the external tooth 44 and internal tooth 31 sides, and the lubricant with low stirring resistance and low viscosity is used in the side of the wave bearing 52. These lubricants are never mixed because of the elastic seal 7.
